Welcome to iHub Learning Inc.

“Education is the most important thing we do together, as a province.”
                                 – Dominic Cardy, Minister of Education
On October 3, 2019, the New Brunswick Government released a paper entitled "Succeeding at Home: A green paper on education in New Brunswick." It is an interesting read, and a deliberate call to action for EVERYONE to get involved in education.

We are excited about the many positive changes occurring in NB Education, and are proud to be able to support our students, educators, and community partners as we journey toward Innovative Education… TOGETHER!
In the words of Dominic Cardy, we ask you to please, "keep an open mind and constructively question what we need to move forward."
Please take the time to read the Green Paper to find out more about the direction of Education in our province!

We are a not-for-profit research organization dedicated to supporting  Innovative Education in the Anglophone public education sector of New Brunswick, Canada. We define Innovative Education as follows:

Experiential and personalized using entrepreneurial, problem, and project-based approaches to learning.

As a not-for-profit we can provide agile support through the direct dispensation of grant funding to classroom educators; we also seek to cultivate and offer regional support to innovators by developing relationships with local entrepreneurs, artists, government, industry, higher education etc.

We provide an opportunity for funders to donate or place monies with us to be dispensed directly to classroom educators and / or special projects; and, we provide an opportunity to connect schools and classrooms with community members who would like to offer in-kind support at a local level.

Research is important to us as it develops an understanding of efficacy. We conduct pre and post post assessments of each funded project to determine what effect each project has on the acquisition and development of the New Brunswick Global Competencies. Our duty is to provide explanatory metrics to districts and to the provincial education system and to share our findings in research journals and other publications.

We call ourselves a ‘Hub’ intentionally. Our greatest desire is to coordinate and inspire the development of innovative education in our province and we hope you will join us. Please see the ‘funding opportunities’ tab above if you would like to find out more about funding and gaining support for an innovative project.
